At Dallas Indoor Pickleball Club, we operate as a self-service facility, providing you with the flexibility and control over your pickleball experience. Whether you're booking a court or signing up for an event, advanced registration is required for all players through our booking software - PodPlay.
Once you arrive at the facility you can enter the front door by pressing one button on our mobile app.Please note that piggybacking (entering the facility without using our app) is strictly prohibited to ensure secure, fair play for everyone.

Yes, we don't provide paddles at our facility so you will need to bring a paddle.
You have a 10-minute window to access the club before your booking. To unlock the doors. Open the Dallas Pickleball App. Go to Reservations. Tap the red bar at the bottom of the screen to unlock the doors
The courts are CushionX. A specially designed 4mm cushioned mat that provides unparalleled competition performance while ensuring optimal comfort for players.
We ask you to wear court shoes and workout gear. Sandals and Flip-Flops are prohibited on the Courts to prevent injury.
All cancelations must be done prior to 24-hours before your reservation. If you cancel within the 24-hour window of your reservation, your court fees are non-refundable.
We Understand, Life Happens and plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to free up courts and spaces for our community, ensuring everyone has a chance to enjoy them: You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the start time without any charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time will be charged the full reservation price. Programs and Events: Cancellation policies for programs and events may vary, so please review the event details carefully before signing up. All applicable charges will be applied to your credit card at the time of cancellation. Thank you for helping us maintain a smooth and accessible experience for all!
Yes, we offer programming designed to introduce fundamentals and pair with other beginners. Forum is a great environment to learn pickleball. We have four easy to find courts and you don't even need to worry about remembering the score, with our digital scoreboards!
Yes, we host tournaments. Check the events tab in the Forum app for upcoming tournaments. Inquire today to host a tournament at Forum.
When a spot on the waitlist opens up, everyone who is on the waitlist for the session will be notified and the first person to accept the spot will get into the session.
Outside coaches must be approved with management. To host a clinic or other event, reach out today!
When booking a court, filter by 'coach'. Court times with coaching available will show. Select your coach/time and reserve the court.

Facility & Safety Rules
Respect the Space – Keep courts, seating areas, and common spaces clean and well-maintained.
Be Courteous – Limit excessive noise, avoid disruptive behavior, and be mindful of ongoing games.
No Aggressive Play – Physical altercations, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated.
Respect Equipment – Treat paddles, balls, nets, and other facility equipment with care.
Report Concerns – If you witness unsportsmanlike behavior, safety issues, or violations, notify staff immediately.
Enforcement & Consequences
Our Facility is equipped with High-Definition Cameras, directly linked to local emergency services Police, fire, and ambulance. Any players found violating the Club's Code of Conduct will be subject to prompt and appropriate action. Players who violate Dallas Indoor Pickleball Club’s Code of Conduct will also be suspension, and membership revocation based on the severity of the infraction. Repeated or serious offenses, including harassment, aggressive behavior, or deliberate rule violations, will result in permanent removal from the facility.
